More complex productions such as commercials or event videos may take 4–8 weeks. We always discuss timelines with you upfront before starting.
Yes! While we are based in South Jakarta, we work with clients across Indonesia and internationally. For projects outside Jakarta, we can collaborate remotely or arrange on-site visits depending on the project requirements.

We deliver all final design files in the format you need — typically PDF, AI, EPS, or PNG/JPG for print design, and organised source files (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) upon request. For videos, we deliver in MP4 (H.264) and can accommodate broadcast or social media spec requirements.
We typically work with a 50% upfront deposit to commence the project, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and approval. For larger projects, a milestone-based payment schedule can be arranged. We accept bank transfers.
