A choreographed performance with the products themselves as props is a lively way to introduce a product range to a room of distributors. It turns a presentation segment into a moment guests remember and photograph.

The challenge
UPL Group Indonesia needed one event to do several jobs for its distributors: a working business meeting, a showcase for its products and digital tools, a formal evening to recognise its partners, and time for guests to get to know each other. With three company brands on one stage and participants flying in to Jakarta, the four days had to keep to a tight timetable without feeling rushed.
The solution
PopOut organised the programme around Hotel Mulia Senayan. Day one covered arrivals, check-in and a welcome dinner. Day two combined the business meeting, the booths and the main-stage presentations with an evening gala dinner, opened by a Betawi-style dance and followed by awards and live music. The "Breaking Into Pattern" identity, with the Jakarta skyline and Monas, ran through the photo wall, booths and stage screens, and the third day took everyone out of the hotel for a team cooking session in UPL aprons.
The results
Distributors took part in a complete four-day programme: business sessions and product presentations, a gala night with awards on stage, and an outing that ended with everyone in matching orange aprons behind the event banner. The photos and video from the event record every part of it, from the registration photo wall to the final group shot.
